Apart from the names being thrown in air, did #MeToo allegations really surprise anyone? Not only industry fraternity but almost everyone has some idea about the dark sides of this glamorous industry. Casting couch is a wide open truth. And has remained in discussion over all these years. #MeToo is simply the extension. But the timing and the method raises a BIG BIG question mark. If you try to find one commonality among women driving #MeToo is that they have either failed in or finished with their careers. Hence no risk for them now. They all waited until they were convinced that its finished. If Tanushree Dutta had even a single film on floor, we would have seen her going gaga over how her costars and seniors helped her. How they made her feel comfortable and what not. That's why, I see this as a well plotted conspiracy. Intentions are evil. Crimes like rape cannot be proved in court of law after 10 years.
