You Too ???



Apart from the names being thrown in air, did #MeToo allegations really surprise anyone? Not only industry fraternity but almost everyone has some idea about the dark sides of this glamorous industry. Casting couch is a wide open truth. And has remained in discussion over all these years. #MeToo is simply the extension.

But the timing and the method raises a BIG BIG question mark.

If you try to find one commonality among women driving #MeToo is that they have either failed in or finished with their careers. Hence no risk for them now. They all waited until they were convinced that its finished. If Tanushree Dutta had even a single film on floor, we would have seen her going gaga over how her costars and seniors helped her. How they made her feel comfortable and what not. That's why, I see this as a well plotted conspiracy. Intentions are evil.

Crimes like rape cannot be proved in court of law after 10 years. Evidences are gone rather allowed to be washed away.

Or did the complainants keep the DNA samples in their safes for 10+ years?

And the frivolous nature of complaints like "He tried to kiss me", immediately have me react,

So what do you want to do about that after so many years?

Are you expecting the person to plead guilty?

What proof are you going to bring in court room other than your own people nodding in agreement?

What made you start a social campaign first and then after gathering some momentum dare to register FIR?

Did someone not file your FIR?

Can you list your attempts in past with the police station names and dates?

I can go on asking 100 such questions because they are so very obvious?

There are successful male names as culprits and unsuccessful female names as victims. Why it is not vice versa?

Or why not a single successful woman who is at peak of success, join the moment yet? I said join and not support. Supporting a movement doesn't rob you of anything. Let any of the Khans, Kapoors and Chopras add their name as a victim then we will see.


I laud Kangana Ranaut\Preity Zinta who didn't wait for a #MeToo to happen. They took on offenders right away without thinking about their careers. I stand by them even now. But SO......... SORRY, I am never going to support #MeToo campaign because I still have my brains working loyally for me.

#MeToo has potential to boomerang  into a #YouToo? campaign, if male fraternity starts revealing the compromises happily made by women to climb the ladders of success. Nobody is going to be a winner in this unmindful mudslinging.


Life must be need driven and not greed driven!

(Disclaimer: The article is an outcome of my exploration and experience about dealing with the ego.  I frankly admit that it is easier said than done and I am still struggling. Smothering education in masks  16 months is not a short period. We have seen enormous amount of work getting done in this Corona pandemic. Healthcare upgrade was phenomenal even if far from sufficient. IT industry flourished a lot in this period because they have accepted the new normal and adapted to the demands. Work from home turned out to be a win-win situation for both employees and employers. One sector however got completely overlooked by the govt. of Bharat that is Education .  Government never appeared to be determined to solve the problems faced by education sector.   Let's keep aside the different religious faiths and beliefs about incarnation and all and keep it simple. We have been gifted with this one LIFE And the life consists of uncountable presents - the NOW moments. We have been getting advice from all human cultures to live in present as past is dead and dark and future is imaginary. The only thing we should carry with us from past in learning. Of course there is no harm to carry on memories from past life and of your loved ones, with the condition that those give you positivity and power.
